Monday, July 23

There was another birthday to celebrate this weekend.
Presents were given and played with and cake was eaten, a favourite, carrot cake.
A little bit of stitching done, a very very late birthday gift.
A present for me to enjoy, body polish that smells deliciously of coffee.
And a little Sunday wander around the yard.
I do wish the weekend would last just that little bit longer.

That body scrub looks good enough to eat!
Your photos are amazing Catherine. I tried sitting down with my manual over the weekend to learn more about the manual settings but it just does my head in.

  12. I was surprised to see that meccano is still produced and apreciated, I might purchase a little box for myself. When I was little, it was a "boy's" toy and nobody thought that as a girl I culd enjoy it!
    I love your macros.

  24. Another birthday?!! You sure do know how to party over there! ;)

I'm thinking I might just need a pink hooded robe for winter now.

That spider pic reminds me of when I was a kid and used to capture bugs to put in the webs for the spiders. I was intrigued by nature, and a looking back at it a little twisted. Hmmmm....
