I had a bit of me time. Last month I bought myself a new camera, an upgrade from my point and shoot to a DSLR. I've been playing around with it a little bit but I didn't really fully understand a lot of the terminology and all it's functions. So one night my hubby found a course for me to go to, just to learn those basics. On Saturday I headed into the city, all by myself and had a great time. There is so much to learn but for now I will be practicing that new knowledge I gained and not put the dial back on Auto. Here are a few of my favourite photos I took on the day.
Do you have any good photography blogs that you enjoy reading? I'd love to hear.

ReplyDeleteI've often wondered what half tthe stuff on my caamera does, did you find the course worth it?? Look forward to seeing more pics x

ReplyDeleteGreat photos. Last year my photographer friend sent me the book 'Understanding Exposure' by Bryan Peterson - she said I should read it instead of doing a course. It demystified a whole lot of stuff for me and I'm still only part way through it.
