Can I just start by saying thank you. Thank you for being so kind and supportive about my feelings on my last post. I knew it was time to take a bit of time away and just get my head in a better place when it came to blogging. In the end I'm responsible for my feelings so that break really gave me time to just focus on the things I really enjoy doing, knowing that I am more content within myself. I just wanted to say I don't want anyone to feel like they have to comment on my blog and I am so very sorry if it came across that way it was never my intention to make anyone feel guilty for not commenting. I totally understand how busy everyone is so I am grateful for any time you may have to say hi when ever you want and if you want, I just wanted to let you know.
I've been doing things like hanging out with my nephews who came over for their first sleepover, playing lots of games of playdough.
going for a drive to the
scenic rim going to a gorgeous lookout at
Mt French with views of the Main Range and then a stop by
Wyaralong Dam which gave me a few more photographic opportunities of nature and my fun family.
I've been in the kitchen making, biscuits for lunch boxes that always need filling,
tried my hand at some homemade ricotta cheese using
this recipe
and baked some
bread to go with
cauliflower soup for dinner.
Some seeds have started to sprout, anyone for lots of silver beet and zucchini?
And enjoyed a light show put on by my youngest, there was singing involved too.
Have you had a good week?
♥

So happy to see you back here again Catherine. Looks like a wonderful week over your way. I love that butterfly photo and the action shot too :) It's been fairly wet here, so apart from the odd errand here or there, we've been mostly indoors this week. Wishing you a wonderful weekend ahead xx

ReplyDeleteOh Catherine, you darling girl. There's no need to apologise. It's wonderful to have you back here, whenever it suits you. I agree, your photography skills are really improving so rapidly - well done! Oh, and I've so delighted to see this larger and easier to read font - thankyou ☺. J x
ReplyDeleteNow, that is so strange. The font was large when I read the post. Now I've posted my comment, it's reverted to the smaller format. Curious! J x
