157/365 Little Visitor

Today I had my little weekly visitor come to play with me.  We had all types of fun drawing, swinging on the swings, singing, reading, playing with doll house toys and today's favourite activity was painting.  We chatted about the colours and how she was making circles and also there was some picture labelling too. It's fascinating watching them evolve and mature.

142-143 Simple living and toddler days

It has been a goal of mine is to make more products for our home.  This is my second time making air freshener for the bathroom, it is super simple and works well.  I found the recipe here if you would like to give it a try.  It only needs a few simple ingredients and is free from nasty chemicals making it much better for you than the ones you buy. 

And I had my little friend come and visit today so we had lots of fun playing with play dough.

122/365 Toddler Visits

I had my little toddler friend come to visit today.  There was lots of chatting and singing, lots of fun drawing with chalk and playing with bubbles.  I really did have fun with my sweet little visitor even though I may just be feeling a little bit tired tonight....

87/365 Today's Play

Today my little friend came to visit.  I had a few activities planned for Easter and some favourites too.  One activity that I really enjoy doing with toddlers is chalk drawing on the concrete.  It allows them to have a big space to give them freedom to create, they love to be outside and the big bonus is that the next time it rains is gets washed off.  But in the meantime I have some colourful street art to admire.
