I thought I would play along again with Pip's game of show and tell. So I will admit that I took a few photos and put them up on my computer and I couldn't believe the dust I could see on some of my things. I really do dust each week but I some how miss the little bits and pieces so I did give it a bit of a wipe and take two, this is photo I have for you.On my bedside table you can see my crystal tray which I bought to go with the crystal jewellery box that my Nan gave to me when I was young. A candle that probably should go in the bin because it's pretty much finished, a little rabbit that my Miss 5 painted and insisted be on my bedside table, some perfume, a crystal butterfly from my hubby, a little keepsake my brother bought back from Scotland and lastly a brooch which was my grandmother's which she wore when she did highland dancing. It doesn't change and I haven't added alot to my bedside table but I just love all the little memories I have of each piece.
Thanks for stopping by and please go and visit Pip for more places.

ReplyDeleteI had a start when I looked at your header - for it is almost the view from my window here! The tide is almost that low as well. Hope you're enjoying this fabulous spring day.
oh, lots of special little things at your bedside! Thanks for visiting my blog! :)
ReplyDeletebeautifully sentimental bedside. it's funny how we keep candles even though we know the wick is so small it can't possibly light.
