I really like the taste of chickpeas, my husband not so much. I enjoy them made into hummus, in curries and when I saw them roasted I thought I might give them a try, maybe my hubby might even like them like this it's worth a try. I found the recipe here via Beauty that Moves, a lovely and inspiring blog to read.
1 can of chickpeas
olive oil
salt
Rinse a can of chickpeas and let drain. Dry them on absorbent paper. Drizzle with olive oil and toss in some salt. Place the chickpeas on a lined baking tray and bake for 30-40mins in an oven temperature of 200℃.
Enjoy♥
