In My Creative Space

It's all about Christmas. I really wanted to create a few little bits to make the house feel Christmassy but not looking too commercial and so when I saw this tutorial I thought that I would give it a try. Then what to do with the little stars and then I thought garland! I've strung it up across our arch way and tried my best to photograph it but my skills in this area aren't so great.

Now that I've finished my garland I can start on a little project which I first found over at Christina's blog and thought might be fun to try. There are so many things to be inspired by in this wonderful world of blogs.

To be inspired by some crafty people, pop by this lovely place to find what out what everybody has been up to this week.

  6. Hi Catherine,
Just lovely, I found some on Royal Sisters along with Christmas trees that I want to make a few of to take down to in-laws for Christmas. I have to wean myself off hexagons to get started though.

  8. Love your garland, one of the prettiest xmas decorations I have seen. BTW the booties were a little difficult for me to get as I am still quite new to crochet, but once you figure it out they are really quick and easy.
