How was your Saturday? It was a pretty quite day here, staying at home doing a bit of cooking with the big girl (it's becoming a weekend ritual now) and a bit of hooking on the rug. I finally started it this week but didn't have much to show until today when I got a bit more of it done and think I've got the hang of it now. Let's hope I can keep up the momentum, it would be nice to use it this winter.....
Have a happy Sunday♥
Oooooh! Catherine!
ReplyDeleteI love the colour and swirl. It looks like ripples on water or gentle waves. Keep up the momentum. It will be beautiful.

Ooh, Catherine, you are so talented. Our day was the complete opposite - starting The Big Move with the pixies-with-endlessly-running-noses in driving rain and gale force winds. An interlude when I went to the hairdressers. Normal programming then resumed as I ferried boxes back and forth, dumping them in the house to leave as it got dark and witching hour started. And back we go tomorrow! J x

ReplyDeleteLovely color! Can't wait to see the end product!
ReplyDeleteLove your colours Catherine, it would be lovely to sit with a hand knitted or crochet rug over you when it is chilly

ReplyDeleteOh my! That blanket is looking wonderful! Delicious colours. Happy hooking.
ReplyDeleteAh, takes me back to when I made a single blanket in exactly this pattern. It's nice when it gets long enough to cover you as you crochet.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the braces comment/support. We also ended up having soup for dinner!
Ooooh so pretty colors Catherine! I love the watery colors so much... I just finished my first ripple blanket and I am ready for more!
