Wow what a week we've had this week. We've dealt with floods hitting our state only such a sort time after the last floods, seeing and listening to the roar of the water upsetting . We are all safe and well but sadden by natures ferocity affecting so many people like it has. The girls also started school, given a couple of extra days off ensuring that all was safe to return, so our week was a bit emotional you could say.
2. I was given some 'Love' in a jar. A concoction of honey, maple syrup, a flower, water and icing sugar made for me by Miss 9.
3. A crochet cushion I created for Miss 9 for her birthday finished in time.
4. Miss 9 asked to look through my collection of erasers, fascinated by all of the different types. I had fun with her reminiscing.
5 & 6. The glow of the sun, I'm learning to try and find it.
I hope you've had a lovely week. Joining today with the lovely Em.

ReplyDeleteI've heard about all the storms. Glad to know that all is well where you are. That love potion sounds really interesting. :) I'd be afraid of what my boys would come up with. I am sure it would contain ketchup and eggs and some other gross combinations. Ha! They are 17 and 14 now and bigger than me. I'm still not sure how it happened. Seems very strange indeed. Wishing you a wonderful week. Tammy
