2. Lots of fresh basil made into this pesto. A great one for those with nut allergies.
3. Baking weekly lunch box treats. This week I made honey biscuits and oat, date and honey muffins.
4. Yummy yarn I bought here just waiting for me to make into this for a wedding we'll be going to later in the year. Better start soon so it will be ready in time.
5. There has finally been some vegetable planting. The weather has been much kinder lately, although still a bit rainy, good for the new seedlings.
6&7. Growth in the garden after all the rain.
8. A cake baked and ready for a belated birthday morning tea with family for Miss 9.

ReplyDeleteHi Catherine......A busy start of the year for you....glad to hear your family was safe from the damaging floods. Amazing photos ! they seem to get better and better, what a talent you have. The girls are growing up fast and looking beautiful........
ReplyDeleteNow their back at school some quiet time for yourself maybe? Good luck with your goals this year, I'm yet to make any as we have been so busy working over the holiday break. Hubby and I are heading off for 2 weeks........Barossa Valley and then a quiet shack on the beach where I'm sure our/his/mine plans for the year will develop. Take care. X
I'll have some of those lunch box treats please :) I wish my basil was as healthy as yours... our vegetables and herbs have been frizzled by our recent heat... no new seedlings here until things cool down slightly and have a chance of actually growing :)
