It seems as though every month there is a birthday to celebrate between friends and family I think we may have every month of the year almost covered, is it like that for you too? So tomorrow we will be celebrating a close friends son's second birthday at the park. As a gift I made another pair of pyjamas using some of the left over fabric I had from my nephew's gift so they ended up being pretty inexpensive to make.
Also a card to go along with the present too.My other god daughter turns 10 years old on Wednesday, her sister turned 15 years old a couple of weeks ago, so while I'm on a card making roll I thought I would make one for her too. The present is yet to be made, I'm thinking a sweet patchwork cushion for her bed, any other ideas?
Have you made those cards too? They are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteA patchwork cushion sounds wonderful, maybe you could turn it into a PJ keeper? That way it is pretty and serves a purpose. I am sure whatever you create it will be lovely.
ReplyDeleteCheers, Deb

Your cards look amazing! I'm too scared to attempt card making. Those pj's make a lovely present and so much nicer than the general Target-like pj's.
ReplyDeleteYou can't go wrong with a delicious cushion.
ReplyDeleteHave a super Sunday.

Nothing beats handmade gifts- they're priceless. The cards just takes things to a whole new level. You are so creative! The cushion idea is fantastic and I can't wait to see how it turns out... xx
ReplyDeleteYou are so clever! Those jarmies are awesome! I hope one day to be able to make things like that. A super special present from the heart! xx
ReplyDeleteI love your cards! I am an avid card maker. I go mad in the January holidays with the kids and we make a card for every friend over the coming year and file them away. It is so worth it when the weeks fly by and life gets busy and I can just lay my hand on a card at the last minute. I am being inspired by your cute ideas!
