My Creative Space

I've been busy using my hook again, creating some crochet flowers using Christine's pattern.  They are so much fun to make, simple and a bit addictive.

Next week is Mother's day, my Mum's birthday and my Dad's birthday as well!  So this week I'll be working on making her a coin purse.  When we went to the craft show together a few weeks ago she was admiring them so I thought I would give them try and one for me too, I'm crossing my fingers they aren't too tricky to make.

To be inspired go and visit Kirsty's place to see what everyone has been creating lately.♥

  5. I love the colours of your fabrics. The red looks so rich. I bet your Mum will love the effort that you are putting into it. More than any shop bought gift. What are you giving your Dad?! A ManBag?!

  6. Love the flowers. Would they be difficult for a complete beginner like me to attempt?

  11. I am desperate to learn how to make these so I can make my own flower garland. I have to learn to crochet first. Oh, and get the crochet stuff. But then I'm good! x
