Tomorrow my mother in law is heading on a holiday to the other side of the world for a month, so we headed to her house for lunch today to say goodbye.  While I was in the car for an hour and a half I thought crocheting up another dishcloth for the kitchen might be a good way to pass the time.  I used the Jan Eaton book again (square no. 17)  trying my hand at bobble stitch this time, it might be good for cleaning tougher stains on plates and pots.
And with still a bit of birthday money in my wallet I picked up this book,
at one of my favourite eco friendly shops Biome.  I really like it for buying environmentally conscious gifts whenever I am close by.

I hope you are enjoying your weekend and that it's been relaxing

  2. Another cheery little dishcloth but with cute bobbles! I haven't seen that book before, but it does look right down my alley :)

  5. Hey fantastic choice on the book. I was wondering around the only bookshop in BH thinking I should buy a new novel to start reading again, but everything was sooo gloomy and gruelling. So I headed to the craft section instead. I spyed this gem and made it my own too. Can't wait to start wome of the projects. At the Anglicare oppy I found some noice vintage tea towels to get me started.

    Happy crafting
