Snippets

The week seems to have flown by, there is still one week left of school holidays which I'm going to enjoy every minute of before the rush of the second term starts to happen once again.  Here's a little snapshot of what our week looked like.
1. Dinner outside on the deck, one of the things I most enjoy about the warmer months, one of the things I will miss during the cooler months.
2. My first attempt at a little collage still not quite right, one day I'll get there.  A snapshot of my desk and two new dishcloths made to add to the collection.
3,4, 5 & 6. A day out in the city visiting the art gallery.
7. Hubby had the camera in his hand this time. I love black and white, it hides all sorts of things.
8. My box monster.  A parcel that arrived in the mail provided lots of fun for this creative little soul.
9. Enjoying my juicer again.  My spin on a juice I had at my local organic shop, 1 beetroot, 3 apples, 1cm of ginger and 2 carrots.  It makes 4 small glasses or one large glass and 2 small glasses depending on if anyone wants to share with me.

Joining in with the lovely Em today.

  9. I never get anything like that in my mailbox. :) Wait, I don't have a mailbox. Ha! So cute! Dinner al fresco sounds lovely. We have two balconies but don't use them often enough -- so hard to keep anything clean around here. Have a great new week. Tammy

  12. Hi Catherine...I've stopped by here a few times now but I don't think I've paused long enough to comment (just added myself as a "follower". I just want to say 'Hi'. I enjoy reading your blog and I love your photos - I too am always trying to learn more about this creative pursuit called photography. PS Your little box monster is very cute - LOVE the bubble wrap shoes! PPS what software/programs are you using to make collages? I find Lightroom does a great job. I use Picasa also.
