My creative space is all about L O V E..... I know a bit soppy but I do like to do a little something for my hubby and what's Valentine's Day without a bit of homemade goodness. We don't go all out for Valentine's Day and we both had a small budget so mine are pretty much all handmade. At stamping this week we did a scrapbook layout and loved the colours of the paper and thought they were perfect for him but not quite finished, a card with some back stitch on it waiting to be finished, a small frame with a heart rock I found on the beach also waiting to be finished. (better get at wriggle on:) And I also have some ribbon and elastic to make into some headbands for a little girl's birthday. I found a great tutorial over here for the headbands.

ReplyDeleteAwww! It's been ages since we've exchanged anything on Valentine's Day, but I like the idea of something simple and from the heart. A few years ago I gave Mr a little matted collection of paper hearts made by a friend... will we see your finished piece or is it private?
