was all about keeping creative while I was away on holiday. I had fun relaxing but two weeks without doing something creative with my hands would have just felt wrong and I had the incentive of my brother's baby whose appearance was supposed to be made the day we arrived home but has decided that they are just not ready. So I needed something portable and I needed to make something that wasn't gender specific, some singlets, a needle and pretty thread and away I went creating some little designs to keep the bub looking cute and cuddly.I finally taught myself how to do pearl stitch, not hard but you know it can be kind of scary learning something new. A bit silly but hey I had fun and got making a few more washers for the kitchen. It was tricky doing the moss stitch, took me a few tries but I love the look of that stitch.
Anyway there are heaps of other crafty ladies out there showing us their creations so why don't you stop by Kirsty's and check them out.
