Today I was lucky enough to have the pleasure of attending The Nursery Workshop in Brisbane. I have been looking forward to going to one ever since I had seen the first one Tim hosted. I have to say I was a little nervous to be meeting 'Tim the photographer' and Kesh and Roo but I was put as ease with their relaxed and kind dispositions straight away. Tim explained everything in such a way that it all made sense, that things don't necessarily need as complicated as I had first thought, so now there is no excuse not to be on manual. Thank you Tim for sharing with us your knowledge and skills I can't wait to keep practicing it's not a hobby I'm going to tire of any time soon. It was such a great day lovely ladies to chat to, a beautiful location and more knowledge on taking photos, a day well spent in my books.
What a fantastic environment you were in...doing something for you that you love is such a great thing to do .....I too spent the day honing skills and indulging in something I love...I have 7 more Fridays left in which to do it.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend snapping away. xx
You are just going ahead in leaps and bounds with your photos Catherine, so inspiring. Those first four or five interiors of that house are gorgeous and could be in a home magazine. I also loved that one on your last post with the fly, I never thought anyone could make a fly look attractive. I so want to do a photography course but the universe is thwarting me for some reason as they are all on Fridays when I work, hopefully something will turn up. mel x

I've always wished I could attend one of Tim's workshops and then saw he was coming to Perth. However, it's the same weekend as Grace's birthday so I don't think I'm going to be able to attend unfortunately which is a shame as as you know, I'm desperate to improve my photography skills. The photos you've shared here all look lovely. I hope you gained lots out of the experience x
