My Creative Space

One of my goals this year was to extend myself and to learn new things, so I've stopped procrastinating and this week I started to crochet. I'm starting off easy with a dishcloth using the pattern from here. So the dishcloth making is going slowly as I'm still learning how to hold everything but with so many pretty things to make I can see another favourite craft obsession happening! (lol)

Thanks for popping in for a visit. Why don't you head on over to Kirsty's for my crafting inspiration!

  5. Yay Catherine, you'll love it and be hooked in no time for sure. I found it much easier to learn on round and round shapes rather than back and forth rows. Might be worth a try at some stage. X

  10. Good on you for trying something new! By the looks of that you are a complete natural at crocheting... My Mum has just started my little girls on knitting, and as I am helping them, it's all coming back to me... I need a lot of practice, and I think scarves are all that I will be creating for a while!
