Crafting

I didn't do much craft last week so on Friday night I was really in the mood to do something that didn't require me to concentrate too much so I could still catch up on my favourite Friday night shows, I love watching Escape to the Country wouldn't it be nice to visit some of those places:) Anyway I was googling anything to do with crochet and I came across this fun pattern to make so with a ball of cotton, my hook and lots of double crochet (UK terms) I ended up with this fun bath puff. I crocheted a chain of about 30 and attached it to the middle of the ball so it could be hung up to dry after being used. I'll be making another one for my daughter's teacher and adding some nice body wash as a fun Christmas present. I also found another bath puff pattern here too that is slightly different.

Saturday night was a paper craft night. I made a gift bag and a card to give to my mother-in-law for her birthday celebrations on Sunday. I think I should start making Christmas cards soon since I'm feeling a bit festive after making her card red and white!

I hope you are enjoying some beautiful Spring weather or Autumn weather. I'm really enjoying the change of seasons, it's so nice to see some blue sky again after all the rain we've had this Winter:)
