In the post today came the most gorgeous mug I bought for myself. I have had my eye on it for a little while now, the last time it sold out quickly so I decided to get it for myself as an early Mother's Day gift. I think I may just have a weakness for handmade pottery mugs! I like their uniqueness and beauty so much more than store bought I think.

96/365 Afternoon light
Todays weather was just perfect for cleaning the house and doing the washing, very different from last week. It seemed to take me all day to get things done but the afternoon light when I finally got around to taking the washing off the line was beautiful.

It was a usual busy Friday filled with all kinds of housework. When I was outside taking the washing off the line, I took my camera for a walk around the yard to capture the beautiful afternoon light. Happy weekend to you.

12/365 The last light of the day
Today was a busy day full of house cleaning and podcast listening which I enjoy. The busy day was followed by a relaxing cuppa and chat with my lovely neighbour, the perfect way to end the day I'd say.
