A sketch made by Miss 14.  It's lovely to see her draw again, she loved doing it all the time when she was younger.
It's the first time I've owned flannelette sheets and boy do they make a difference.
Knitting needles to make a cowl for myself.
A sunny Saturday down by the river for an easy lunch and a walk.

How have your holidays been?

  1. Lovely artwork and you've got to love the flanel sheets. OMG Brisbane was 2.6 degrees this morning. Coldest winter morning in 20 years. Loved the Byron and LH photos. I took my kids to the Byron Bay Lighthouse last week too and it was glorious. Posted a few pics in last weeks stills but still have a lot to post. Regards Kathy A, Brisbane

  2. Oh I love nothing more than climbing into a bed with flannel sheets....I even found some micro fibre sheets for the kids....they are so super soft and warm. Although your days look perfect for picnics and winter bbq's. Xxxx

  3. Looks like a lovely picnic spot. I haven't had a bbq lunch for so long, I'll have to get organised and have on in the next few weeks.

  4. Flannelette sheets are ahmazing! I love seeing teenagers get back into drawing - it can be hard at that age because you're usually so self-conscious - I know I was! Beautiful shots of the river, too xx
