Last day of 2013

Today is the last day of the year.  Usually I evaluate my goals and post new ones for the year ahead but this year I am just a bit tired.  If I focus on the positives that I have achieved of my goals, then I did practice my photography a lot with photos of my daughters each week which I enjoyed and it challenged me.  I made those appointments and saw doctors, I also found a yoga class I liked and was mostly good about going but didn't get around to that massage.  I think I will still write some more things I'd like to achieve or to focus on for the year ahead and will post them soon. I think it's good to be able to put in writing things you want to set out to do.  What my biggest hope for the year ahead is for it to be a happy one, to remember to always be grateful especially for the wonderful people in my life. I know that there will be challenging times ahead for my father's ailing health is still a big concern but with the love and support of family we will get through this time. So as not to end the year without showing you some happy snaps for there has been some wonderful moments.  Here are some photos from the past week, Christmas and the New Year fireworks.  Thank you for all of your support over the past year, for your kindness and ever encouraging words.  May the year ahead be one of great happiness and good health for you and your family.
Happy New Year!!!

  1. Hi Catherine, your last photos for the year are beautiful as your photos always are. I'm sorry I haven't visited as much as I would like, I struggle to fit blogging and commenting into my life at times. I hope you have a wonderful 2014, full of peace and blessings. Hugs Wendy xx
