Today

 Today was a beautiful day.

Today I was able to meet a wonderful lady called Bron who I met through blogging some time ago now. 

Today we chatted over hot chocolate about life and our families like we were old friends.

Thank you for today Bron I had such a beautiful time meeting you.

Thank you for catching up with me, taking the time out of your holiday and for your lovely family making it possible.

 April today, almost time for the Easter Bunny. 

 Thoughtful notes making their way to my letter box, thank you my lovely friend Ally. This is one of the wonderful unexpected things that has come from blogging that I am truly grateful for.

 Parcels in the mail from my gorgeous friend Bron.  Thank you so so much I will treasure these gifts.

My little Miss 10 with a basket full of eggs.  The little eggs have been filled with a few natural lollies and a strip of stickers, wrapped up and tied with a ribbon.  She is so excited about delivery them tomorrow.

 The afternoon sun pouring through her window this afternoon.  It was a warm day here today, I can't complain though we have been having nice summer days.

A dear friend sent me this beautiful card filled with kindness.

Miss 10's new birthday watch, very groovy indeed.

I hope you are enjoying your weekend so far it's been a busy one socially here not for me but for my girls, life does change as children grow up in a good way.

I know that Christmas has been and gone for another year but I took a few snaps in the week leading up to Christmas I thought I would share, the camera has been a little quiet in these parts this week.

1. Sweet little slippers I made for my niece.
2. Handmade snow globes created by Miss 8 for Santa.
3. Games of battleship with Dad.
4. Cushions created for my nephews to go along with the tent I made.
5. Christmas gifts from blogging friends.
6. The most thoughtful and kind blogger sending gifts just because.
7. Sparkles for snow globes.
8. Some homemade fruit mince pies.
